Fixed three more bugs in ed(1), made one minor improvement, and wrote
some more helpfiles (addresses are now, mostly, documented).  The code
changes are:

- g command no longer infinite-loops in the presence of some
	sorts of undos.
- g or v on an empty buffer does nothing, instead of being an error.
- The f command has gotten smarter about when it does and doesn't
	print the filename, when the "-" option is used.
- 'bb' is a new synonym for 'b-' (Hugh's idea); it's quicker and less
	error-prone to type.
