Fixed fsck(1) to check and (if necessary) correct the total-blocks
and total-inodes free counts in the superblock, which our kernel has
been maintaining for some time.  Actually, I just uncommented old
code that does the work; we commented it out once upon a time back
when our kernel didn't maintain the counts.

This will result in some spurious messages the next few times we
run fsck's, since the counts in our current superblocks are nonsense.
