I have posted a revision to the uucico slowness patch to net.sources.
The first patch was overly verbose, and put in way too many
linebaud=(mumble)->speed lines.  Rick Adams (ihnp4!seismo!rick) pointed
out that byt changing only 2 lines in conn.c one could get the same result
as by changing many many lines in condevs.c.  After several hard blows to
the head area (Wack!, I could have flow Continental) I did just that.
Sorry about the size of the old patch.
