Does anyone know how to make the resource type "INIT = PACK" required
by some drivers using the SUMACC utilities?  Does anyone know the
format of "PACK" or where that format is documented?  Does anyone know
how the type INIT works, how it is relocated etc?  Any help would be
much appreciated.
