Although it is important to clear up the misunderstanding, I think it is also important that we recognize the good customer support that DEC has demonstrated by acting so quickly to remedy the source of the problem that caused the complaint. I think we would be far worse off were DEC to ignore issues aired on the net, in favor of meticulous investigation designed to avoid such errors. Harlan Braude hou5a!hbb
