BITnet gateway:

I believe the "official" ARPA-BITnet gateway is at UCB.  The following
adress format works for me:

	To: User%Node.BITnet@UCB-VAX

(I am not associated with UCB, folks there (i.e. Postmaster@UCB-VAX) may
be of further help.)
