SRI-KL supports the ANONYMOUS login convention - an FTP user can login using user name anonymous and any password (the convention is to use your real name as password). The .TXT file is approximately 53K bytes long, the .LPT about 51K. I supose that either I or INFO-VAX-REQUEST would be willing to mail copies to people who are unable to FTP the file. Due to the length of the file, We would like to avoid this as much as possible.
