I have available here an alternate source of Kevin Corrosso's DEUNA
document for those who may find SRI-KL unavailable or overloaded.
Use anonymous FTP to CU20B (internet address [192.5.43.128] for those
who don't have us in your route database yet).  There are 2 files:

	<OC.GARLAND>DEUNA.RNO
	<OC.GARLAND>DEUNA.SHORT

The first is the complete document in RUNOFF (not NROFF) format
(all VMS systems have RUNOFF).  The second is the earlier short
version as just a text file.
