If you can wait for VMS 4.0, Vax-11 C and the debugger know about each
other and the debugger is enhanced - it has a screen mode with windows.
Default windows are 1 for source code and one for debugger output and,
if you are in macro, one for registers and they are highlighted in
reverse video as they change. Looks pretty good from the description ...
