	Anyone have leads on Linear programming sfw that will run readily
	on VAX ? FORTRAN preferable, does not have to be the state-of-the-
	art optimum, nor the most efficient, but must always meet the 
	given constraints if a solution exists.  Should be able to handle
	systems at least 1024x1024.
