The college I teach at

The college I am teaching at has recently expanded the memory on their
VAX-730 from one to four megabytes.  The response time has gotten
considerably worse.  I suspect that the system tuning parameters are now
a poor match to the configuration.  This is, however, beyond my
knowledge of VMS.

I have some monitoring data that seems to bear on the problem.  If there
is someone who can offer some assistance, please contact me directly by
mail.
