I can't help you with regard to SCRIBE, but I think I can help with your other problem. Specifically, make sure your LN01 is set up with the /CR qualifier. This qualifier tells the device driver that no carriage return is to be sent automatically after a line feed character. Other recommended characteristics are --whoops-- printer characteristics are FF LOWERCASE PAGE=0 NOPASSALL PRINTALL WIDTH=255 WRAP (Use the SET PRINTER command to set these characteristics.)
