I've now posted two or three calls for papers to net.announce,
and I'm beginning to wonder if these are in the best interests
of this newsgroup.  It may be that other places, such as net.research,
would be better.  Or perhaps a new newsgroup should be created,
e.g. net.cfp.  Or perhaps net.announce really is a good place.

Please mail me any opinions, I'll report the results and go with
the majority opinion.
