I called them up about a CD I've been looking for
SHOPKEEPER:   yeah we have it.

I go to the store and the guy says "yeah its in the case"
I look and say "NO ITS NOT THERE"
SHOPKEEPER:   well I saw it before and I can't find it TOO BADDDDDDDDD
