(Blaupunkt, Pioneer, etc..) On a cold morning, I would recomend waiting for the car to warn up inside before inserting a tape. There is no problem with playing the radio in the mean time. By playing a tape when the deck is too cold, you are putting stress on the motor and belt. D. Telson (4 year veteran stereo tech)
