Although I *do* have one of the lesser-priced car units, when
the temperature falls below about 20 degrees (F), tapes will
not play or will frequently jam.  This is, in this case, due
to the inexpensive lubricants used.  Once the interior is
warmer, everything's just fine again.  It just proves that you
only get what you pay for!
