It is a much smaller unit, roughly the size of a casette. It was scheduled for sale starting November 1, priced at $299. I know it is a bit early, but does anyone have one of these new beasties? Do they perform up to the original model's standards? I believe the Passport is powered by the car's electrical system, but wouldn't it be nice if it were battery operated? Comments?
