I would like to find out what are the better magazines that deal with
data communications, networks, protocols, and data communications end
equipment or other periodicals (eg. Electronic News, Data Communications)
or information services( ge. newsletters ) that are available in the US
 and abroad ( eg. Europe, Asia, America, rest of the world ).

Please comment on the specific magazine, periodical, or newsletter about
it usefullnes as an information source technical or non-technical.
