International, Menlo Park, CA Lines: 12 SRI has an agreement with the Wollongong Group to develop the 4.2 Eunice. I was just waiting for the VMS 4.0 release so I could take advantage of new functionality before starting in on the 4.2BSD emulation. There are really only 2 major changes required to EUNICE for 4.2BSD support -- adding the select call (not too bad, since VMS already has asynchronous I/O) and symbolic links (a bit harder, but I already have an initial version written). The networking code from 4.2BSD is already well supported under Eunice.
