People using these scrolls were treated to the casting of spells such as: Magic Miss (arrow flies from your fingers, lands two feet short) Defect Magic (causes a spell to misfire) Hold Porter (causes you to accost a hotel attendant) Sheep (baaaaaaa) Wizard Clock Waste (You immediately throw something away) Phantasmal Farce You can cast a mental image of anything funny... I had a good time with these (some were mildly harmful, most were merely a joke). I also had an NPC ("Flubbit the Wizard"), tremendously high level, but once blew a powerful incantation resulting in a permanent Confusion and Misspell Magic upon himself...he now roams the planet, the darling of the Gods of Chaotic Good. -- John Woods, Charles River Data Systems decvax!frog!john, mit-eddie!jfw, JFW%mit-ccc@MIT-XX When your puppy goes off in another room, is it because of the explosive charge?
