I doubt it.

If you beat up a lepy, the game throws a savng throw
(random number from 1-20 & tries to get over a set number)
to see if the lepy does or does not have lots of gold.

If he gets under that number, you will receive 5 x the number
of gold.

The set number is usually 15-20.
