Does anyone know of where I can locate a 'thesis' or 'book'
macro package for unix' nroff/troff formatters. 
I need something which can generate tables (we already have tbl)
and indexes more easily that through the use of the generic
me and ms macros. If you know of any such package, please

BTW, freebies are welcome but payment poses no problem. 
We have a unix source license so that shouldn't be a problem.
