I've just signed a contract on a townhome and am now shopping for
a mortgage.  Does anyone have a program that'll compare the cost
of the various fixed and adjustable rate mortgages available?

If I don't get a "yes" answer, I'll end up writing one -- probably
using awk.  The version of awk that supports functions sure would
be nice for this purpose.  Anybody know where I can get a copy of that?
