I just saw the bumper sticker you mention yesterday!  I don't know
where they can be purchased, but this was seen in Salem yesterday -
October 21, 1984:

        |  You can't hug you children   |

Personally, I'm not sure just what it means - after all, you can't hug
your children without arms... I guess I just don't have that kind of a
sense of humor!
