     To understand these tax laws you must remember that many of the big
name gangsters were sent to jail not by the FBI but by the IRS. The hardest
part in being a criminal is not making money but spending it without 
attracting attention. If all income is taxable then any increase in networth
should be trackable with a 1040. If someone buys a lot of expensive toys
and his networth goes up more than is reported then the IRS can get him.

    They get you comming or going.
