Not necessarily!  This "exam" has been circulating for several years, in many 
different forums and formats; it is, as far as anyone knows, "ownerless"
(similar to, for example, the lists of humorous "assembly language instructions"
that one frequently sees).  In fact, I have a copy of the poster, and the 
version of the "exam" that was posted to the net is quite different from that 
on the poster.
