we are extremely happy with the stroller we have been using for 6 months now.
It is the " Stroll-a-Bed " made by Graco and has the following features:
1. It takes 2 seconds to convert it between 3 positions : full horizontal
carriage, sit-up stroller, and intermediate reclined stroller.
2. 2 seconds to fold or open.
3. 2 seconds to change position of handle bar, so that you can have your child 
either facing you or facing away.
4. Well constructed side and canopy for good protection from wind or light rain.
5. spacious dimensions.
6. Sturdy structure standing up well to heavy daily use.
7.Good quality wheels, wheel bearings, and suspension.
8. Front and back storage baskets.
9. Above all, reasonable price. We got it for $50 at a sale ( normal price 
about $65 ).
