Does anybody know what ever became of them? I agree with "In the Summertime" too. Secondly, here's a few of my own choices. I apologize if I don't remeber the artists, but a lot of these songs were out back in the 60's and early 70's. (Wish I could make a tape of them.) Cracklin' Rosie -- Neil Diamond Hitchin' a Ride -- Vanity Fair Summer Breeze -- Seals and Crofts (I'm not sure if this came out in the summer.) also Diamond Girl Ride Captain Ride -- Blues Image Lady Willpower -- Gary Puckett and the Union Gap (Don't know what ever happened to them) also Young Girl Grazin' in the Grass -- the other one, not the one by Hugh Makasela Dance With Me -- Orleans Afternoon Delight -- Starland Vocal Band (Does anybody remember their TV show? It was expected that they would be- come a big success. Unfortunately it didn't happen. There just wasn't any substance to their group. Even the Great Space Coaster had more sub- stance than they did.) It Never Rains in Southern California -- Albert Hammond (I think) Lazy Days -- Dunno, Spanky and Our Gang, maybe? Treat Her Like a Lady -- Cornelius Bros. and Sister Rose also Too Late to Turn Back Now If I can think of any others, I'll post them. -- Baby tie your hair back in a long white bow ...
