I read in the LA Times that a representative of the 7th-day
Adventists, avowedly a pro-creationism sect, said that he had
no problem with the Baby Fae transplant with respect to the
creationism issue.

Presumably the interchangability of parts can be taken just as
easily as evidence of the same creator of both species.
