I just noticed that the battery discussion was in both net.consumers and net.physics. I don't have to wonder if anyone in net.physics will notice that the formula: Load Power = Source Voltage X Source Current is an approximate expression (where X means multiply, or "*"). I did it that way intentionally for the more relaxed discussion in net.consumer. Please forgive me, and let's try not to get into an elaborate discussion in net.physics on how efficiency affects this situation. Thanks...
