Newsweek's analysis of the recent presidential debate contains an
interesting comment on Uncle Ron's perceived grasp of the principles of
leadership (10/29, p. 27):

	Post-debate TV commentators noted repeatedly that the president
	committed a number of factual errors, but he did so with a
	seeming sense of command that was missing in [the first debate].
