Lines: 6 PBS-TV's program THE ADVOCATES this week (?) will feature a presidential debate by unofficial proxy, in which William Rusher, publisher of the National Review, will take up Reagan's cause, against Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.), who will argue Mondale's case. Given the contestants, it promises to be a really lively & sharp debate without mudslinging (unlike the "real" debates).
