I hate to doubt the man, but it disturbs me that the popular opposition leader has been jailed and the paper that interviewed him has been shut down for that reason, and in spite of this he has the nerve to call these elections democratic. Could it be that Uruguay is "open and friendly"? I don't see Arturo Cruz in jail, as a matter of fact he regularly meets with Herr Shultz , et. al. Q: Did the NATIONAL REVIEW make any mention of this? steve b
