As to the President being gathered during 2nd term:

My "political research" indicates a widespread belief that
Ronald W. Reagan will be giving liberals nightmares well
into his 90's.

Suggest liberals move to Canada, no, England, no, Germany,
well, The Netherlands is always a good bet.
