In addition to the MX warheads Milo alludes to, the Mk 600 maneuvering warhead for the Trident C-4 has been successfully tested. These MARVs all use aerodynamic control surfaces, and so they can maneuver only in the atmosphere during re-entry. Unfortunately, the current Soviet ABM system intercepts warheads outside the atmosphere, so it is unclear how much benefit comes from the added weight and reduced accuracy associated with the maneuvering mechanisms.
