There is an interesting article in Commentary magazine this month
by Seymour Weiss about arms control.  I have to admit it pretty much
sums up many of my own feelings about arms control, but dont let that
discourage you from reading it! (:-)).

Also, for I believe the first time, David Rubin and I are in agreement.
I dont favor a US invaision of Nicaraugua generally, but if the
USSR puts MiG 21's in there, I fully expect someone like the 22nd
Bomb Wing to go in and take out the MiG's, the runways, the base,
and hopefully even a few helicopters...  Thats what you'd expect,
a gradual moderate escalation.  We'll see what happens.
