It's their latest opening in 11 years, but Killington (Vermont) has
finally opened for the season.  They began selling $5 lift tickets
at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 3, for "1-2 feet" of machine-made snow
on the Upper Cascade trail.  By Sunday they had also opened Rime and
had "1-3 feet" for $15.  (I guess they made $10 of snow overnight...)
