Ah, but Chuqui, *how* will she let him know?  Perhaps by actions 
whose meaning she considers perfectly clear, but which could be 
interpreted by him in an entirely different way.  In other words: 
by ambiguous signals...

I myself would prefer that people who MEAN "no", SAY "no".  Still, I
can accept that others are willing and able to interpret correctly
less direct responses.
