I've seen this happen a lot--a sort of ``I'll not make any stronger move
than you will'' situation that essentially degenerates into no communication
whatever.  The solution: be just a teensy bit pushy.  People *do* forget,
or get tied up in other things, or decide that maybe *you* weren't that
interested.  My schedule isn't organized enough for me to guarantee a call
two weeks in the future.

Don't sit by the phone waiting passively for a does-she-or-doesn't-she
answer.  Save yourself some time and worry, and call; then you'll know
for sure.
