I'm not going to debate whether or not it was a bad call, I've seen it a bunch and I can't decide. I can say that James Lott claims he shoved the receiver AFTER he batted the ball down which upon watching the replay is clearly not the way it happened. The only question in my mind is how accidental and bad the shove was. But, that's another argument... What I am going to point out is how much more class Bobby Collins has than Barry Switzer. Sure he was disappointed and maybe mad (surely after seeing the replay). But he realized that what's done is done and proving to the world that you're an asshole isn't going to change the outcome of the game. He isn't planning on blackballing any officials or anything! I never like Collins much, but this weekend I gained some respect for him. Here in Texas, we've known for years what a jerk Switzer is. Finally it's becoming obvious to the rest of the world. Let's see him convince somebody that they should've beaten Kansas "But that 28 points they scored were all illegal!!..." I'd Sooner be dead than red. -King [note new address] UUCP: ...seismo!ut-sally!cyb-eng!ables ARPA: ables%cyb-eng.UUCP@ut-sally.ARPA
