The response to the IRS book offer has been overwhelming and
favorable! I have tried to respond individually to all those
who expressed interest, but am posting here also in case I missed
someone or replies find their way into the bit-bucket. Apologies
if you are reading this and not interested!

To order the IRS books I have offered in net.taxes:

The books "How Anyone Can Stop Paying Income Taxes" and
the Social Security Swindle" are $3.00 each.  To this I need
to add a small charge for postage and packing. The following
postage charges are just slightly above the Post Office's
rate in order that I may purchase heavy oversize envelopes to
mail the books in:

         Postage for 1st book:   75 cents
         Each additional book:   35 cents

Please mail a check with a note saying which book(s) you
desire to purchase to:

Please mail your order to arrive by Monday, November 12; I will
bulk order the books early that week.
