I have a Penril modem on an ATT3b2.  I have installed all the hardware and
software according to the manual(s), but 'cu' and 'uucp' both hang on the
modem open.  The Penril manual is very confusing (written by some hardware
people, no doubt) so I may have configured one of the many dip switches
incorrectly.  Does anyone out there have a similar setup which works? 
I would appreciate any tips or pointers.
