Of course, KTLA is one of the *real* oldies when it comes to Los Angeles television, and has been ahead of the pack in numerous ways. Their current slogan is: First to broadcast the Rose Parade. First to broadcast the Rose Parade in color. First to broadcast the Rose Parade in stereo. They ran 2001 in stereo a few days ago, but the audio was disappointingly compressed--hopefully this won't be typical. --Lauren--
