I need to emulate a character terminal, including cursor control,
insert/delete character, etc., plus pseudographic line drawing
ability, on a bitmap terminal.  In particular, I need to
emulate the teletype 5410 or 5420 on a blit or teletype 5620.

Any information you have would be appreciated.
