While we cannot offer commercial product-level support or assistance regarding this system, we will be happy to make available the source programs for the SCALD II software plus the limited amount of associated documentation that exists for them. The U.S. Navy has determined that the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) apply to SCALD II and all of its modules. Hence, export of the information contained therein, or release of it to foreign nationals within the United States, without first obtaining an export license, is a violation of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Your organization must request SCALD II with this understanding and comply with the ITAR restrictions on SCALD II.
