Well, I finally went to install ingres from the 4.2bsd distribution, but
make loses because of some missing files.

Missing are ovqp/tidtest.c, support/demodb.sh, and iutil/setjmp.s
(relative to ~ingres/source).  I assume setjmp.s is the obvious thing,
and I can just use the normal one in the standard library, and demodb.sh
is just used to create a sample datbase, which has already been created
in the distribution.  However, the lack of tidtest.c seems more serious,
since it results in undefined symbols at load time.

I would appreciate someone's sending me the missing files.
