We need somewhere to subscribe where it is more valued to

BTW: does anyone know a PHC outlet for the Sulivan Co. NY
area?  WNYC FM and AM just don't make it into the foot of
the Catskils.  Is there a station in the Albany area?  

Help!?!    I may go through Garrison withdrawl if I don't
find a new way to listen (SOON!).
