Thanks to everyone who replied.  It turns out that CSRI is in the process
of getting licensed for Smalltalk, and will get BS II at some point, but
things are moving slowly.  One nuisance is that the license is not for
the whole university, due to an (understandable) desire to avoid the
bureaucratic complexities involved with getting such things signed.
