   The CRTC, as of Monday this week, told BCTel to cease and 
   desist their practice of allowing toll-free access to the 
   DATAPAC nodes in BC.  The reason given was 'unfair competition'. 
   So, as of now, anyone calling the DATAPAC nodes via 
   112-....... will be charged.

This certainly seems strange to me.  
I thought that BCTel had a monopoly in that fair province.
