Miller (70516,1366) on CompuServe has put out a good set of instructions for changing icons; I've tried them, and they work. They're too long to repeat here, but perhaps somebody can grab them and post them to the archive, if they're not there already. The MAUG (Apple Users Group) file RLMICN.TXT gives the instructions; you also need ICONED, RMOVER, RLMICN.BAS, FEDIT, and a template tiny application stored as RLMICN.HEX in Binhex format. The process took me over an hour the first time (to create and install a new icon for the Amazing maze game, for my 2-year-old), but after you get the hang of it it gets faster. As RLM says, "Well, I never said it would be easy. Only that you could do it." - Z
